• A complete in-house analysis laboratory and technologist – ensuring compliance with regulations for given export markets
• Compliance to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system’s standards
• Label printing according to customer specifications including best before date, bar code and weight information
• Pallet size according to requirements
• Versatility in shipment size (shipping costs vary according to consignment size)
• Pre-shipment samples prior to production
• Timely correspondence via email/fax/phone on order progress
• For Australia and Germany a fumigation certificate is organized by Eswatini Kitchen
• The Euro customs form is used for European customers
• The GSP certificate is used for American customers. Eswatini is registered with the FDA and can supply a current certificate on request
• Europallets are used for transportation, which are stamped, heat dried and fumigated
